Occasional police cars coming through, but they don't hang out too long or hassle anyone who doesn't look suspicious. Pretty safe place. Just be discreet. Editor: A cruise fan writes March 6/00: "Cal trans wiped out all the bushes and trees down the hill. Now have to go up the hill on the north-west side where the big rigs park."
