Where exactly

Located ten minutes north of Victoria. Drive out Douglas Street to Highway 1. Exit on Burnside and take Watkiss Way to Highland Road, which you then follow with the park being on your left and new houses on the right until the houses disappear.

hey!!... does this spot really works???.. coz ive been there... many times.. and i havent seen .. anything. around there.... and.. theres lots of people walking their dogs and stuff.......
