Where exactly
This toilet is located directly opposite the library and council offices. Very easy to locate. There is lots of local free parking in the area.
When to go
It is open from about 0900 hours to about 1700 hours everyday except Sunday, although I have been past on a few Sundays where it has been open.
Etiquette
Usually older guys use this place although younger guys do as well. There is a cctv camera pointing at the toilet from across the road, but it cant see in to the toilet so dont worry.
Nudity: Nudity - probably not lol, this is a public toilet and not that big in size...although you could strip off in the cubicle if you wanted to.
Safety
Police could easily come in, as could anyone, and due to the presence of cctv cameras facing the location be mindful as to what you are doing.
