Where exactly

Follow Beach Road to end, football ground on right hand side of road. If u get to the train tracks you have gone too far

Anytime 24/7. toilets never locked.

Etiquette

All sorts of guys come here, its a good mix. Enter via the small gate at rear of tennis courts that a-join the football ground. Best to park on Beach Rd and walk over/through the grass reserve or park in front of tennis courts right on corner of road.

Safety

Just be discreet and if nothing around move on and come back later dont loiter around, this is what contributed to city council closing the "backbeach" toilet listing and running a new bike path straight through the middle of it to stop "cruisers" blocking up the lookout carpark so tourists cant park and check out the foreshore.
