Etiquette
During daylight hours, especially in summer, the adjacent picnic area is pretty popular with families. After sunset is thus better in summer, but other seasons cruising happens anytime.

Safety
The park is mosquito heaven in summer. Very rarely cops check out the lot, but there's been no harassment that I've heard of.

It is a beautifully wooded area with great trails. Peaceful and very secuded.

I went to the park on Friday night about 12:00 midnight. About 40 minutes later a police cruiser pull up and chased me away stating there was a curfew on after midnight. They were thoroughly searching the two cars that were parked and empty, as I was leaving.
