Where exactly

Either walk up Waterloo Walk from the high street or park in car park off Witan Way. Waitrose is first store at the car park. If you go into the store thru the exit door the toilets are just on your left. Cross street: Witan Way

Cruisiest spot: Once you get in the toilets there is one cubicle which faces the line of two urinals. Get in the cubicle and sat and watch through the peep hole all the as they come and for you.
