Eau Clair Market, Calgary Wheelchair: Not accessible
The guide
Where exactly
Cruisiest spot: The Locker Room Showers and Steam on the 2nd floor are the best. You can move between the two, cruise guys in the showers and then get a in the steam
When to go
Best time to go is after 7:00 pm, but things get hot around 8:30 pm
Etiquette
Be carful of staff or straights walking in the showers, but I`ve seen tons of guys ing in the showers too. You can spray cold water on the Sauna thermostat and cause a lot of steam to come out, then you`re safer to . room.
Safety
There are 2 old men who always cruise in the showers. It makes it harder to get the hot guys to open up more.

I know exactly who you're talking about. He's was a very annoying man until I said out loud "I'm not at all interested in you looking at me...it makes me uncomfortable!!! He said "I don't know what you're talking about." and I replied "I know of two other people in this steam room right now who do know exactly what I'm talking about!" He's ignored me ever since! Thank Gawd! Just confront him verbally, outloud, and infront of other people...it works.

I'm with cruiseboyfriend on that one...further to that, not everyone's interested in playing every time they're there. Personally, I enjoy some good, intelligent conversation on occasion or just some quiet time. The point is...if someone's interested, you'll know. Mutual respect can be extrememly attractive too!

have to say been going here for 3 months now and haven't seen a thing happening...where is everyone seeing all this stuff?
Report
Visitor ·
Hey. For sure a great place to play! I want to ask anyone who's playing there to have with them a towel or bathingsuit when playing in the general shower or steamroom...SOMETHING to cover up with guys! It's not a bathhouse guys. I play there sometimes but lately have stayed away because some guys (always a few who take things too far!) have been REALLY inappropriate. I've actually felt embarassed to be a gay guy seeing other gays acting so badly. Play safe, play fun, play super descretely...please. See ya there.

There was a tall muscular guy in the steam room around 8:30 tonight. I wanted to make a motion but there were other guys so I went out the steam room following the dude, but couldn't do anything, even talk to him like saying hi. He was wearing glasses when changing at the locker. I'm not sure if you're checking this site or even were interested at all. Just in case, I'd love to meet you in person.

Anyone planning on taking a steam late in the PM on Sunday?
Report
Visitor ·
If you guys are looking for a time to hit the sauna I suggest early in the morning. There is rarely anyone in there between 5:30 and 7 am and the steam is super thick because its the first of the day.

Gee it's too bad we can't all be perfect like tontonlin007. That's laughable.
Report
Visitor ·
LOL you are really funny... but you've been touched by my comment.. that must mean something, don't you think? it is a gym, so you can expect people in decent shape. Anyway.. no more comments.. I made my point!
Report
Visitor ·
Fat and old ... how do you judge? My nephew thinks anyone over 30 is ancient. My niece thinks anyone over 60 kilos is obese! I guess we will just have to have a "Fats" day and an "Old" day and maybe two days for all the "Undecided" and "Unsure" guys who want to get involved but don't have the balls ... Ha!
Report
Visitor ·
If you can control de fat and old guys.. that would be great.. but they are completely clueless. They dont have fun and dont let you have it neither.

Visitor ·
Great idea Rigger!
