The guide

Where exactly

It's on the corner of Charlottetown rd, and Kings st.

When to go

Late evenings are best.

Etiquette

Just tap your foot, or cough in one of the stalls. Stay cool. I always find someones load left in the toilet.

Nudity: Not usually.

Safety

Target has security, and they check the bathrooms at the top of the hour. They don't check them well. They just make sure they are clean. Just play it cool.
