Fishermen use this area to launch there boats into the river.

Off Rt. 28, Tuscarora Rd, east of Point of Rocks area take New Design Rd towards river, go under RR Bridge to park area. Cross street: New Design and Tuscarora

Cruisiest spot: Park area. Locks.

Afternoons to early evenings.

Etiquette

It's a quiet, peaceful, descreet area, but still not very populated with cruisers.

Nudity: None that i know of.

Just be cool and descreet when there.

been here 6 times. Afternoon and early evening etc.....NO one is there never see anyone looking......
