Urban legend? You mean being colder at Gambrill than on the flat land? Go up there sometime when it's 40 in Frederick. You'll notice a definate difference.

I was at gambrill sometime last summer and meet up with a guy in the bathroom and would really like to meet up with him again. he was about 6' tall, with dark hair, slim build, clean shaven and I believe drove either a black or dark blue subaru wagon. If you are this guy and read this, please feel free to contact me

I go there - either the lower park or up at the top. Just hang out and see if anyone comes along. Most times nobody does or if they do, we just talk but it doesn't go anywhere. Now that summer is over it will be too cold up top. It's always 10 degrees colder there!

Undercover police are hiding out in the woods. They are using intrapment to catch guys. Some hang out near the cars.
