Where exactly
cruiser update 2/11/2008: You can no longer get to this location by going down the stairs on either side of the entrance unless your have an acess card. You must go inside and go downstairs to the stacks to find this washroom. It is still reasonably busy but mainly with students. Previous comment: Go to the campus - find the bookstore, go across the street, park in the parking lot - it's the big building with three shields on the front, go into the first set of doors, then to the left or right downstairs.
When to go
Library hours. Best times: Late afternoon, but best = thurs & fri afternoons, and sat afternoons.
Etiquette
Usual washroom stuff - peep holes and stalls.
Safety
Campus security is aware - but doesn't seem to do much about it.

I guess third floor washroom has a peep hole and is seeing more action. Still better to play in basement though as less traffic and more warning.
