I'm aware of a few guys who have been badly beaten up and robbed in this area, so be careful, I've experienced a group of rowdies, with baseball bats there in the past

This may be a dumb question, but were the arrests in the daytime or night? I ask because I'm wondering if they are just try to stop daytime exposure or just trying to stop it all together there. What would you get for something like that? Makes me nervous.

never been up here b4 - but in summer 2000 the police cleared the whole area out and removed all the underbrush. also this is no longer the TCH, but a local road as the new TCH is miles away = no truckers.
