72commentsNew spa just opened. Very nice facility. Set up is great. Has an above average lounge area. Showers are large and you can hook up in showers. Staff is very friendly. They bring bottled water to you in jucuzzi and steamroom, one was a looker for sure!. Facilities: Steamroom, jacuzzie, showers, weight room and TV lounge with free water and juices.

Where exactly
Cruisiest spot: Steamroom after you show your "stuff" in the jacuzzi naked. Best area to sit is in the corner at the back of the steamroom.
When to go
6am to 8pm, 7 days a week,
Etiquette
Cruise the spa in towel and open to "adjust" to show to someone who interest you. Towel in the steamroom open in the front. Naked in the jacuzzi for underwater fun. This is a new spa with great potential if we use it with respect for others.
Safety
Staff does walk the spa and bring water to the guests. They are nice but be on the lookout when in the steamroom because they even bring in ice buckets with wash cloths and water in to you.

Going to be at south point on june 20th thru the 23.On the 20th i will be there around 5:00pm and 6:00pm and the rest of the days at 7:00am.If you feel like having some fun hit me up or just be there.

I will be at southpont on April18,19 20 and the 21.Usualy i work out at 7:00am and go to the spa at 7:30am and stay until 9:30am and then i usually go back at 6:00pm and stay until closing so anybody wanna fool around in the steam room or in the showers let me know and i will be glad to meet up with you there.

Slow and not worth it. Visited twice, spent an hour each time. Saw a total of six guys, all but one was straight, and the other weighed 300 pounds. And it's small.

Will be at South Point from Monday 29th-Friday the 2nd. I will be getting a week pass at the spa. Have had a lot of fun with other men in the spa. It is very clean and worth the admission. Last time in August we had 5 of us going at it. Best time to hook up is late morning or afternoon. Hope to see a couple of hot studs who wants to be drained.

Was there on Monday. The steam room was TOOO hot. Building maintenance was supposed to come but did not while I was there. Had a great hookup in the dry sauna and blew my load all over another guys chest. Would love to do it again. Does anyone know if the Steam room has been fixed?

I was there on august 25 and 26 and had a couple of good jack off sessions.Not very much happening there but i did get to see a straight very good looking jock in the steam sauna fully nude just laying there and didnt mind me looking at him ,so i just jack off and another guy came in and started to do the same and he knew what we were doing but didnt pay us any mind, and just kept looking up at the ceiling.Sad thou he got up and just gave me a whats up nodd and left the spa.Well i plan on going again in november so i will post date later.
