Best times: 3-5pm weekdays. Tuesday seems to be the best day - Cruising Info/ Tips:Schools sometimes use these facilities as well as after school activities so guys avoid the place on those days. It is open late at night and has lights on and very few people go there at night so we need to start getting this place happening at night.
