Just a local bathroom I've noticed is pretty quiet in the mornings and afternoons.

Hours:Before 8-30am after 5pm, a little busy around lunch time with workers. No doors so I guess it could go into the evening.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Only one cubicle and three urinals. A little easier than the toilets at Docklands park which are now locked places.
Nudity / Policy:Public toilet so no direct nudity.
Wheelchair Accessible:No / None, stairs into the bathroom.
