The YMCA is located right in front of Peel metro station. Stanley is a one way street from north to south and crossing Ste-Catherine. The Street is accessible from Maisonneuve, Sherbrooke or Dr Penfield. When on Stanley go south until you see the Y on your right in front of the Demetrius appartment building.
Cross street: Ste-Catherine
  • Crowd:Absolutely everyone young, old, buffed, fat, gay, straight, white, asian, black.
    Facilities: You got the usual gym facilities but mostly, the sauna and showers.
  • Hours:The downtown Y is opend from 6 to 22h45 on week days and from 7h15 to 19h45 on week ends.
    Best times: It's a bit hard to say. but usually, weeknights from 8 to 10h30 it can get crowded but you seriously get to see the guys in the showers and the sauna. I don't know about week days. Week ends are better. Around noon, you can get some action in the sauna.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just spend some time in the showers and sauna, you'll see who tends to stay longer then usual or the guys that go from shower to sauna to shower to. Ok you get it hint.
    Cruisiest Spots: The public showers and the sauna are the cruisiest.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / You can use the elevator, there are no stairs at the entrance.
  • Warnings:The guys are very shy sometimes, but if your patient, you can still get some fun.
    Warnings: Please guys be discreet. A lot of the guys there are straight so be careful.
