When to go
I find that the best times are right in the morning, about an hour or so before the Toronto train leaves. There are people just waiting, looking to pass the time, and the bathroom is great to do that.
Etiquette
Be casual and not so obvious. Try and not linger, don't ruin it for the rest of us by making them beef up security.

Safety
Not much security at all, just the janitor who comes in ever so often.

Hmmm me thinks anonymous submitted this site just to get a star by his nickname for a few days as to have a paid member status for what 3 ?? 5 ?? days Hey anonymous next time take some pics you will get a few more days of free membership next time for your bizarre locations this one is up there with the court house washroom that appeared out of the blue last year
