Where exactly
Very close to the superstore on richmond and kirkwood. Close to Westboro transit station. There is parking on the street.
When to go
While it is a park and is open all the time as it is outside, it is best suited for the night time as there is not too much privacy, and as I mentioned earlier, it is a park so children are often there during the day time.

Etiquette
There are all different kinds of guys who come to Iona park. There are no defined areas, and people generally just do what they want.
Nudity: it is a public park so it is not permitted to be nude or have , but if one is careful, one is usually left alone.
