If you are not a good swimmer then just stay out of the water altogether, this beach is right on the river and if the river is quite high it is mostly under the river.

Go out of the city on Valley Road and continue right past the Berry Barn until you see a sign by a grid road on the right hand side that says "Summer Road Not Maintained in the Winter", turn left there and go about 1-2 Km, you can't miss the parking area.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Watch for guys wandering off on there own to the ends of the dunes or into semi-private areas.
    Cruisiest Spots: Go to the farthest end of the dunes opposite the clothed area of the beach.

  • Was out there this past Tuesday. Did nto see any 'beach' no sand at all. Was i at the right place. Parking lot was ringed by large boulders. Small white metal gate acroos one path. Is this the right place or should I have gone further up the road?

  • Was there last (the nude part) summer, mostly couples, and quite a few single males. Some swinger activity, and straight. Ages from late teens/earlytwenties to retired
