Where exactly
Take Yonge subway line to Finch station. Get on the northbound TTC bus which travels up Yonge Street, then exit the bus at Steeles Avenue. Cross street: Yonge & Steeles
Cruisiest spot: Athletic Department, 2nd level, adjacent to mens washroom.

Etiquette
After eye contact has been made a couple of times, don't be shy to lead him into mens room. If he's cruising for a quickie, he'll follow you in. Pretend to be peeing then when he does the same, again make eye contact then ever so casually allow your to be seen. Let nature takes it's course.
Safety
None really. I've never seen security, but then they may be plain clothes. If you suspect, take it slow and let him show his first, and if it's hard, chances are he's not security so go for it.
