76commentsSet-up is pretty good as it is an L-shaped bathroom and s/s are hidden from the main door by a wall. The door usually is squeeky and is very easy to hear open with enough warning time. Although the walls are too low for action, it is very easy to open your door and have fun with the guy at the or next (s). Often pretty quiet although the Piper's Bar patrons have to use that washroom because it seems there are no facilities in the bar itself. It can get busy with people just doing their regular business from 4 to 6 pm cause they are having drinks at the bar. On weekends, it is quite quiet since the bar is not as busy. Just a sad note for any regulars to this location. There was this gay, 30ish, portuguese cleaner, who use to always clean this washroom... nice guy, who always turned a blind eye to the action. He was very friendly, even talking to people/cruisers all the time. Well i was informed by one of the hotel employees that he passed away suddently on thursday. Its really sad, he was a great guy. Apparently he went into cardiac arrest.... RIP.

did some work in this hotel its filthy as much as they try to cover it up and yes cover it up not fix it is the right word...they had a major flood through 9 rooms from 12-mm in one room they re dry walled the wall encasing mold inside very unhealthy place as well as the 3 inch cochroaches they have running round the basement and kitchen areas... i personaly would rather be in a motel paying 80 a night then in this health violation paying 400 a night
