Etiquette
Front of library. At the front of the library there is a circular bench. Sit on the part facing the parking lot and tie & untie your shoes for an unreasonable amount of time. If there is someone next to you also tieing his shoes, cross your legs and say "What's up?" to him. He'll know what you're looking for...*br**br*Men are most successful during the weekdays anywhere between 6pm-8pm. On Saturdays, 2pm-4pm, and Sundays 5pm-6pm.
Safety
Please be very nonchalant when you cruise here. We have been doing this for over 5 successful years now. And now we're trying to widen the variety.
