Where exactly

This park is located right next to Bellevue Square. Entrances are located off of NE 2nd St and 110th Ave. Closest parking is the lot on NE 2nd. Cross street: NE 2nd/Bellevue Way

Cruisiest spot: Bathroom located on the eastside of gravel walking path. If you park in the lot on NE 2nd and walk into the park, go to your right. You'll see a restroom sign and just follow it. The bathrooms are great because you have to turn a corner to get to the /urinals. It's super quiet and never much excess traffic.

8am - 9pm Mon-Fri

This is a newer place and can be hit or miss. Keep trying and I'm sure it'll get busy.
