At the bathroom , sit on the ground nearby (but not blocking) the men's bathroom. Simply ask a man who walks up to the who you are interested in "Do you have the time? Broke my watch."
Nudity: This is not a permitted area since it's a community park. But it's fine to have discreet in the men's bathroom.
Safety
Old men (in their 50's) who have been showing up lately are beginning to scare away all the young fellows (18-25).
