This is a hot, fairly new place to get . It's soley for students and staff as it requires swipe access. At least 6 stalls, so everyone could have some fun. I'll upload pictures soon.

The guide

Where exactly

On the corner of State and Jackson. Take escalators down and follow the sign to the restroom. Again, you need to get in using your ID card. The surrounding offices and business do not give the card out to visitors.

When to go

All day, but generally around 1:30 - 3:00 PM

Etiquette

The cruisiest spot is the 2nd when you first walk in and, also, any of the last two isolated s. When you're in one and someone comes in the next to you, it's clear that they want some action (since there are a bunch of other s on the opposite side that can be occupied)

Nudity: Definitely not allowed, so please be discreet. There is a huge camera right outside the restroom, which is connected to the security desk on the floor above the councourse. This camera monitors everyone that goes in and comes out. It's extremely easy for them to make arrests for those who aren't discreet.

Safety

As mentioned earlier, security is one floor up. So be cautious. Another annoyance are those who waste your time.

was there again today. looked like the dude next to me wanted to play, but i guess he was late to a class and was impatient waiting for the bathroom to clear out. oh well

i'm go there practically every day. there's some chubby guy there a lot of the times, too... but im not into overweight people (no offense to that dude), so I just leave.
