Safety
Undercover cops cruise on occasion. Just make sure they show you first and you'll be fine. Give head near the door -- you can look out the 'grate' in the door and see if anyone is coming. Gives you enough warning if anyone comes in.

Stopped by recently on my way elsewhere. Very disappointing. I watched outside for almost one hour (Saturday afternoon) and only two guys showed up; neither was interesting in the slightest.

i went to this restroom on two separate occassions - one was on a sat afternoon - it was locked ... then i went on a monday eve around 6.30 and again locked - whats up with this? is it closed permanently?
