Where exactly

Get off at King station and walk east on King Street East, one block past Jarvis.the building is on the north side of King, a block and a half east of Jarvis... hard to miss, it's a huge building taking up an entire block... just walk in the front door, find the elevator and go to the second floor. Then take a left and another left to get to the washroom. Cross street: King St E and Jarvis

When to go

Mon - Fri 6am 11pm. Sat - Sun 9 -5pm. Best times: Best time to go is around 3 or 4pm.

Etiquette

Head to the washroom on the 2nd floor, there is a peep hole between the last two stalls and plenty of under-the-partition action takes place . . .if this washroom is busy head to the 5th floor, it's quieter but still active.
