Etiquette
Hang out in the aisle where the washroom is located. When you see someone cruising you, make eye contact with him, Go into the washroom, he'll follow. Don't be afraid to make eye contact again once you're in the washroom, motion him to follow you into one Of the private stalls, especially the handicap one at the end, that way no one can see you.
Safety
