Go to the Starbucks at the corner at the back downstairs are the washrooms or you can reach it also from inside MacDonald's which shares the same washroom. Cross street: Bloor

To get whipped cream with your grande hot chocolate, go into the cubicle.
Safety
The music is very loud so it makes it difficult to hear when someone is coming, so be careful not to be caught in the act. Security cameras outside the washroom so be mindful! There may also be undercover police, so be careful of that too.

be careful guys i know a guy with blue eyes shaved head that always cruises this spot before and after work, he is HIV+ and very risky...
