It's in the middle of a beautiful rain forest with tons of trails, bushes & trees. Can be a little muddy at times, so no sandals or pumps. There are lots of trails to cruise and there is a constant stream of people going in and out.
Crowd: All types. You name it!

  • Hours:24 hours a day. I even see morning joggers stopping in for a blow job.
    Best times: Night is the busiest.
    Dates open: 24 hours a day. I even see morning joggers stopping in for a blow job.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Trail just off the foot bridge by duck pond. You have to cross the road and follow paved trail. Then take any trail off to the right and go back into the woods. Daytime is very deep in the woods. Nightime is close to paved trail. It's busy at night, but action goes around the clock.

  • North of the "T" intersection of trails. At that intersection, there is a green plastic garbage can.
  • Nudity / Policy:Not recommended; it's a public park.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:I hate people leaving garbage. This is a beautiful park and we should not destroy it. Police seem to leave it alone... however, please do take usual precautions.
    Warnings: None that I am aware of. However, in the summer, there can be lots of teenagers in the park. So do not wander off alone. Stay where all the action is. There are so many people, I doubt anyone would come near the crowd. 12/07/04 A cruiser reports: the police are also back using
    powerful flashlites at night in Stanley Park in Vancouver to flush out
    cruisers. I live close to the park...

  • As well as the "Stanley Park Killer" being out there have been recent reports of people being attacked in the park late night. Saw something on the news and they said they considered the attack a hate crime, but they didn't mention if the person was gay or not.

    Also, coyote sightings are more common. I saw one walking across the bridge, and it wasn't afraid of humans.

  • John_Right, Thanks for the tip about bugs this time of year. Next question is when is the best time to cruise at night during the weekend? Also when do the buses stop running to and from the Stanley Park area? Are there taxis around the area late at night?

  • I am not a local and was wondering if I need to use bug spray for a late nite cruise? Are there many moskeetoes out at night at this time of year? cheers zboy

  • Stanley Park and ALL of its trails are used by many people including families DURING THE DAY-SO THERE IS LITTLE TO ZERO ACTION happening in the trails because there are so many people with their parents and grand-parents who have there lunch, or go for a break in the park.

    The Real action happens AT NIGHT WHEN IT GET DARK AT AROUND 9:30PM. If you go into the brushes make sure you are first walking into the trail on the paved path, then you can wonder off into the brushes. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!! AND PLEASE RESPECT OTHERS!!

  • maybe i am real ugly (been told both actually) but everytime i go here in the day in 8 years wandering through the bushes i have never seen anything.

    I didn't believe anything went on until one night i went there and there were guys in the middle of the night wandering into the dark park.

    Is it more cruisy at night? I got too much body hair to bother to take the time to shave...
