Very quite gym with loads of hot guys working out. There is a sauna and steam room in the pool area. It is very quite but a great place to cruise as hang around in the sauna and steam room. Also guys getting changed round the corner of the lockers a discreet corner

After Work 17:00 - 19:00 - Cruising Info/ Tips:Watched a guy in the sauna and is was pretty hot as its very dark in and around the pool area. I suppose the Steam room, pool and sauna are the best places to make eye contact etc.
- Nudity / Policy:Changing room nudity is fine as everywhere.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / N/A
- Warnings:Straight guys use this gym a lot as well so be careful, use the usual eye contact rubbing of the groan etc.
